I'm guessing this causes problems for Webcat in reading these files?? If not, it certainly makes editing them from Unix more difficult...- I am unable to access to any subpage listed on the WebCatalog/ index, including the Admin or even unprotected templates like Examples.tpl. I haven't even gotten as far as loading any of my sites, since I can't even get to the Admin yet...- The WebCatalogCtl file uses two different ps commands to locate the Webcat process, and neither work. As far as I can see, there's no way to get ps to limit the process display based on username. I switched mine to:pid=`ps -aux | grep WebCatalog | grep -v grep | awk '{print $2}'`which now works.- The link that is created in the WebCatalog folder doesn't appear to point to the executable. Mine pointed to:/Local/Library/WebServer/WebCatalogwhen in fact WebCatalog should be pointing to:/Local/Library/WebServer/CGI-Executables/WebCatalog/WebCatalogI'm using a fresh install of iTools-5.0010 and Webcatalog 4.0b3 on a brand new G4/500 running OSXS 1.2.I just off the phone with Tenon about other problems I was having with the iTools gui, and it turns out that a Netscape bug will cause infinite redirects when you click on some of the buttons in their admin. Using IE 4.5 on Mac works much better...Plus they don't know anything about Webcat 4.0 beta since they apparently aren't participating in the development of webcat any more. One helpful thing he did tell me was that mapping Webcat to process .html files (in the Built-in Mime types section) will cause lots of built-in iTools redirects to break. YMMV.Has anyone been able to get Webcat 4 running on OSXS yet? It isn't supposed to be this difficult...-Dale-- Dale LaFountainVice President of Information Technology, WebMasterDark Horse Comics, Inc. mailto:dalel@darkhorse.comPhone: 503-652-8815 x324 http://www.darkhorse.com/#############################################################This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list
