texte = Does anyone have a favorite method of generating and assigning SKU numbers vs. User defined SKU's for product input pages?Should I generate an SKU # and then give the user the opportunity to alter or edit it during input procedures. Is there a good way to guaranty I don't generate an SKU that is already in the database? (head off problem before it starts) Or should I just do a DB search for identical data before I append the DB?let experience speak.Bo------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
