In fact, it was through the admin where I first discovered the problem. When I accessed the admin, selected flush databases, then went and viewed the open databases, I noticed that all the databases listed before I told it to flush, were all still listed. At first, I thought it was a database flush problem, but after flushing WebStar's file cache, I noticed that the databases were no longer showing up in that list. When I resumed some work on one of my sites, I noticed immediately that any changes that I made to a template would not be reflected, until I told WebStar to flush. The template modification timer does not seem to work either. This makes it near impossible to work on a site. I ended up transferring all construction work over to my other server, which still runs WebCat 3.0.4.
