texte = Is anyone using the template files for WebMerchant that was includedwith WebCat? I have tried to use them, but nothing ever seems to getprocessed. I ended up having to copy over both the cybercash.inc anddopurchases.inc files from version 3. Of course, those templates areencrypted, but they do work, and the credit cards do get processed.Unfortunately, the only item that does not seem to work is the refundcapability. But, this item did not seem to work when I was runningWebMerchant unber WebCat 3, either. I have tried to troubleshoot the WM4.0 templates, but that is proving to be a difficult task, as I keephaving to jump between templates. At this point, I have determined thatsomewhere the cart number being refunded gets dropped, and WebCatgenerates a new cart file, causing CyberCash to not know what WebCat istalking about. Here is a snippet of what is returned (notice that the cart numberchanges):Processing file 31711978312578 with CyberCashstatus: failure-hardauthnum: [auth-code]response: void: cannot find successful transaction to be voided: workingon order ID '31711978902747': Database error #: 0: Most likely: Recordnot foundbatchnum:refnum: [ref-code]sequencenum:itemnum:address_response: [avs-code]Has anyone else experienced these problems? I remember one personmentioned it, but no one other than myself seconded it. If someone hassolved the problem, or knows what the solution is, I would appreciate itif they could pass it along.Thanks,Dennis-------------------------------------------------------------This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list
