It was returning the field names for the Authorization data ( status, auth-num, etc.) and not the results from CyberCash. The problem was traced to the DoPurchases.inc and/or CyberCash.inc files that come with 4.0.1 (some problem with the line endings in those stock files). Dennis Bonsall helped me out by providing me with a copy of his 4.0.1 files that he modded for another problem. They ended up working just fine. The old encrypted versions from 3.0.7 worked just fine, too. Now, we have a client store that is having the same problem. It gets very little traffic, and it just got its first sale attempt, so I just discovered the problem last week. On that attempt (and subsequent tests I've run), I get the same problem with not getting results from CyberCash as the file mentioned above. No changes have been made to DoPurchases.inc since I changed them so that the above store would work.I didn't build this store, and the person who did is gone, but I've contacted him. He thought it was working before he left, but logging into the CyberCash site directly shows that it's never been hit. All of his test transactions (looking at them in Administer Orders for that store) show the same results, so it's never worked.I've tried these things:1. Replacing the two suspect files with the 3.0.7 versions. The first store still works, but the problem store does not, so I'm assuming the problem isn't in DoPurchases.inc or CyberCash.inc.2. Replacing the two suspect files with the stock 4.0.1 versions from the StoreBuilder Master Store. Neither store works. When the Purchase command is issued, the problem store is placing the completed orderfile with the CC info in the orders folder after the purchase command, so the problem *has* to be in DoPurchases.inc, right? I've done everything I know to do.Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated!Thanks!Steve------------------------------------------------ Steven Jarvis Web Developer sjarvis@nwaonline.netMorning News of Northwest Arkansas http://www.nwaonline.net ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
