texte = Since sendmail is slow outside WebCat too, that pretty much rules out anything to do with the WebCat upgrade. I would suggest that you checkout your DNS settings; if you have a problem there, sendmail will takeforever to resolve any addresses. Do this by using nslookup or ping to check a bunch of addresses. Also, check sendmail for several different addresses, in case it is thedestination DNS that is having the problem.John PeacockBritt T. wrote:> > tried and it took a very long time to send still.> > >Try to sendmail from command line to see what it gets> > /usr/sbin/sendmail to_address < file_to_send> >> >> I just converted our servers (OSXS / iTools 5.018) over to the> >>WebCat 4.0.2b5> >>> >> and now all my templates that have any [sendmail] tags are taking> >> f..o..r..e..v..e..r to process and once they do this error message is> >> popping up: Error: unix sendmail failed to deliver this email> >>> >> anyone else seeeing this behavior or am I just the lucky one?> >>> >> --> >> ======================================================================> >> Britt Thompson | PO Box 1989> >> FishingWorld.com | Lindale, TX 75771> >> Easttexas.com | Ph: (903) 882-8877 / Fax: (903) 882-3110> >> ======================================================================> >>#############################################################This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list
