texte = I have been pulling my hair at the script today not seeing what's wrong! I'm guessing it's something little I don't see. Will you please send this on the WebCatalog talk with the subject Server Timeout? Thanks!I just finished revising my WebDNA script and the server times out when it tries to run it? I check all the variables to the form variables and they all match up fine. I feel that the problem lies within the Zipcode and Areacode checking because the script ran fine when the variable for it in the form did not match the script variable. (in this one, they do match.)Any idea what's wrong? Here is the code: ------------------------ [if [action]=search] [then] [text]thecharacter=[GetChars start=1&end=1][dacode][/Getchars][/text] [if ([thecharacter]=1)|([thecharacter]=2)|([thecharacter]=3)|([thec haracter]=4)|([thecharacter]=5)|([thecharacter]=6)|([thecharacter] =7)|([thecharacter]=8)|([thecharacter]=9)|([thecharacter]=0)] [then] [text]number=[countchars][dacode][/countchars][/text] [if [number]=5] [then] [text]searchcode=Zipcode[/text] [/then] [else] [text]searchcode=Telenum[/text] [/else] [/if] [/then] [else] [text]searchcode=City[/text] [/else] [/if] [if [typeof]=name] [then] [text]firstsearch=eqCompanydata[/text] [text]secondsearch=[searchfor][/text] [text]thirdsearch=bw[searchcode]data[/text] [text]fourthsearch=[dacode][/text] [firstsearch][secondsearch][thirdsearch][fourthsearch] [/then] [else] [text]firstsearch=woSection_headdata[/text] [text]secondsearch=[searchfor][/text] [text]thirdsearch=bw[searchcode]data[/text] [text]fourthsearch=[dacode][/text] [firstsearch][secondsearch][thirdsearch][fourthsearch] [/else] [/if] [search db=ohiostate.db&[firstsearch]=[secondsearch]& [thirdsearch]=[fourthsearch]]---------------------------------------------------------------------------- -----------It does go on with the [founditem] tags and closes the [search] tag but I cut that out to save space. All it does it does is print out the results. Any idea what is wrong?
