URL encoding question

texte = I have some legacy data that WebCat processes. I need to preserve carriage returns as %0A or %0D, without having WebCat replace them.How can I do this? I thought I read that WebCat has a prefs file which contained the replacement characters used whenever WebCat does URL-encoding or decoding.
