texte = There is a input box, it has a default value, if you put another value into it when you move off it a message will appear equal to the number you put in the box.I was using onChange() which called a function which reloaded the page gets the query string but I don't know how to stick the value back into the box because it will reload to default value, obviously seeing as I am reloading the page. Thats why I was trying to write extracted query string value to the page. --- Anup Setty wrote: > What kind of dynamic action is this going to be? > Which form element triggers this dynamic action? > > Anup Setty > > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: Laeg Ent. > To: WebCatalog Talk > > Sent: Wednesday, October 03, 2001 10:23 AM > Subject: wee problem > > > > Sorry I know this is not a javascript forum but > can > > anyone tell me how do you set the value of an > input > > box > > using javascript. There is a input box, it has a default value, if you put another value into it when you move off it a message will appear equal to the number you put in the box.I was using onChange() which called a function which reloaded the page gets the query string but I don't know how to stick the value back into the box because it will reload to default value, obviously seeing as I am reloading the page.
