texte = About 5% of our monthly internet orders - are missing all Customer Contact Information! All of these orders contain the following information:  Items Purchased, Quantity of Items Purchased, Cost of Items Purchased, Item SKU  Cart IP Address,  Cart ID  Credit Card Type, Credit Card Number, Credit Card Expiration Date. However, ALL Customer Contact Information - i.e., Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Phone#, Email (both in Bill To and Ship To) is missing. This information is missing from the Orders.db file and also missing from an e-mail about each order that is created by WebCat. We are at wits end trying to figure this out and really concerned about the customers we are upsetting that think they have placed a valid order but get no response from us because we have no way to contact them. We have been battling this problem for several months and are becoming quite frustrated. Any ideas from the group are appreciated!
