texte = Hello,I am creating a calendar system and want users to be able to enter repeating events. These events will most likely be something like 3rd Saturday of the month and so forth.I think I have part of the method figured out, that would be to allow them to have a maximum number of times this event will be listed, (with a max of say 12 for monthly events) and I will store a unique id for the initial entry and will copy that into a parent event ID field and also have a repeating event filed flag as well. The problem is how to I figure out what is the 3rd Saturday (or second Monday etc) in order to properly place the information into the database?I would also love to be able to have a non-consistent event schedule where they can pick the dates from a calendar of their event. That way they could enter the exact dates. I would store the info as described above with a parent ID and flag set in a recurring event field. Thanks for any help/ideas.Dale ------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
