texte = Hi,In the few cases where I can determine that the reply-to is correct. For example when a person first signs up for an account, they have manyoptions available to them. In this case I have no way to know what, ifanything they may want to do next. This is the primary email that I want tochange. If they respond to the feedback address then of course it is set correctly, same if they wish to add a photo of themselves. With some planned changes to the site, I am trying to rely less and less onemail, and more on information on the site. It will even probably get to thepoint that if they have a question, it will be stored in a database and theywill log into their account to get their answer. At that time I no longerneed to worry about this issue :)Thanks for the replies/suggestions.Daleon 11/27/2001 2:15 PM, Anup Setty at asetty@nuklias.com wrote:> If you are able to determine the function before sending out the email to> customers,> you can control the from address of the email.> If the response email depends on the information in the email then you can> post> a desclaimer at the top of the email and provide email links for different> functionalities> and ask the user to click on the email links to send email.> > HTH> > == Anup> > ----- Original Message -----> From: dale
