Unix DB Permission Error

texte = Just setup Cobalt Intel Unix Apache Module version 4.0.2 on my Raq3i 2 problems:1) .html files are not being processed. is there and .html is listed in the webcat admin to allow processing.2) getting a permission error when trying to append or replace databases. The commands work in the admin section, but when I made a new virtual site and placed a webcat site there I am gettting errors. The databases are there and can be searched, but I am getting the following error: Error: Permission deny.
