texte = Kalin, it used to be that the *Mac* OS would not guarantee to find a file that was in a directory of over 1000 files. This was fixed via OS update and HFS+ drives... I am wondering if your system is not finding the file because there are so many? are they all in the same dir? Is this an HFS+ hard drive? are you sure ;-)? with that many files if the browser/OS has found the image before it might try to load the image from cache...However, this would be not all of the time.
