Grep, convertwords and BOLDWORDS not playing nice.

Breaking it down...Boldwords - Whatever string they searched for is bolded in the storyConvertwords - for autolinks. Will search for a string in the database and replace it with the appropriate link. www.cedarpoint.com)[sku].inc is the story itself.The only problem is that if the [boldwords] is inside the grep context, it won't make the text a hyperlink. If it's outside (like above), the hyperlink becomes www.
