However, I tried to change a Layout template in the store builder and I encountered the following after I pressed the Update button.Error: Permission deny. In addition, another site comes up blank. I restarted and again we are back to the Sorry WebDNA Server is not running scenario that I first experienced.I want to go back to version 4 which I never had a problem with. What files do I trash in the WebCatalogEngine folder? Or can I just reinstall 4?Smith Micro tech support.....seems to be......Vapor Support. Do they exist? I can't find an email for tech support anywhere. None of their phone lines work....even their sales line is a voice message machine. What gives.Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.By the why, Smith Micro is using php for their help database. Why aren't they using WebCat. Is this any indication of their faith in their own product. Thanks,Scott>On 16.7.2002 3:08 PM, citizen
