Date conversion

texte = Hi group, I have an imported db that has a field [Event Date] and it is in the format yyyymmdd.I know I can use:[text]yyyy=[getchars start=1&end=4][Event Date][/getchars][/text] [text]mm=[getchars start=5&end=6][Event Date][/getchars][/text] [text]dd=[getchars start=7&end=8][Event Date][/getchars][/text] [text]convDate=[mm]/[dd]/[yyyy][/text]to get my mm/dd/yyyy format, but I'm trying to use date comparisons from drop downs on the previous page. Using: [math date]from_date={[Smonth]/[Sday]/[Syear]}[/math] [math date]to_date={[Emonth]/[Eday]/[Eyear]}[/math]My search is as follows, but I'm not sure how to get it to work with the search.
