[include file] wrong path or syntax when using / refering toothe root

texte = I transfering some code from a working application using WebDna to a new server. I don't want to change any single line of code, because the application work perfectly on the other server. But while i do the tranfert i come with some problem of configuration.For now i manage too understand those bug and solve theme. But now i come with some strange behavior with the [INCLUDE file=...] commande. The code says [include file=/NearRootFolder/theFile.inc ... ]. You have too asume that the NearRootFolder is place like this http://localhost/NearRootFolder/ , so when using the / you refers to the root. But on my new server (my dev computer ), this syntax those not work. But if i use a different syntax the include command actually work . For a example : http://localhost/NearRootFolder/folder1//folder2/folder3/theSourceFileWithTh eIncludeCommand.tpl call normaly [include file = /NearRootFolder/thefile.inc ... ] i change it too [include file = ../../../NearRootFolder/thefile.inc] and it work.I hope you understand the point, both those syntax suppose too work in standart url, and it dose when you test it on this structure with something as simple as .
