This is why I think, as did others, that you needed to pursue| permission from anyone you are trying to gather that data from. Before you| require any company to invest in your project through the use of their| servers, bandwidth and labors, permission is practically mandatory from a| legal perspective. But if legality isn't an issue then all bets are off.|| This same exact debate comes up in the idea of calling images from someone| else's servers even though those images might be public domain. It isstill| illegal to utilize their bandwidth and servers to populate your sites| without their permissions.|| Companies have fought and won damages for these types of things.
