Does tax shelter ring a bell?Stanley Tools of CT was going to incorporate in Bermuda, rent a post office box, and save a few million in taxes until word got out and they backed off due to bad PR and political pressure. (The fact that the workers would loose their pensions in the process wasn't a factor in the decision to move.)Now that the mid-term elections are over, Stanley can do whatever it wants.
