The site doesn't actually run on WC at the moment but our new site will and I am just trying to get the live help working at the moment. I have added a Live Help Button to the right hand side of our navigation throughout our site, the problem being that it is displaying and then instantly disappearing once the page has fully loaded. As far as I have been told by the people that make the software it is a glitch with Mac OS9, they say that they have pulled up my site in all OS's and platforms and it is working fine but I am somewhat sceptical.Would it be possible for some of you to maybe have a look and tell me if you are getting the applet loading properly or not as well as platform, browser and OS? The URL is http://www.streethreds.comAny help on this would be appreciated as it would be fundamentally bad if no-one was seeing this wonderful tool.ThanksAlan White ------------------------------ http://www.streethreds.com ------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
