texte = 'done' means that the engine has finished writing the email file to the EMailFolder, after which the emailer thread should pick it up and send it out. It looks to me like the emailer is failing to connect to the SMTP server you specified in your WebDNA preferences (which is why you are seeing the EMAILFILE.done files collect in your EMAILFolder.
