texte = Jesse, I've never had too many problems with taxrate before so I'm not 100 percent sure here. My guess is that when you add items to the cart that WebCat is looking at each item and noting first if it is taxable and second, (if it is taxable) what the taxrate is for it....In your situation, your taxrate is 0 because you haven't set the [state] variable yet (before an item is added).
