texte = I generally use the same name, but with a three-letter prefix to identify the source of the field. So, if I had the address stored in member.db, the field name would be memShipToAddress1 and when written into order.db it would be ordShipToAddress1. I make sure that all fields in a given db begin with the sam three-letter prefix. For me, this cuts down on both the confusions you mention.
