He dis-agreed about the CNAME's but I might have him change them (to A records) anyway. I'm actually still not able to connect from inside our LAN but I can now traceroute tocallcenter.hgproforms.com just fine froman external location.One thought about A Records... I seem to remember way back in my scattered mind that itis a bad idea to have more than one A record pointing to the same host IP??
