[OT] Deploying XRAID

Right now our site is hosted on an XServe running WebDNA 5.1 on iTools 7.1 Once the XServe RAID is deployed, what folders should I move over - just the WebSites themselves, or the whole /Library/Tenon/WebServer folder? How do I point things in the right direction to get it working? Any other gotchas about using RAID that anyone would care to share so that all my data doesn't go *poof* some day?
