texte = Ok... Emergency over but first my answer to this is that the remote access was showing that it was indeed connected as it usually does. I guess when it comes to it, this is quite weak evidence but evidence none the less. It turns out that our ISP was having problems elsewhere but *not with where we are* 5 minutes later our net connection was re-established... Hmmm... just as well we let them know there was *no problem where we are* Thanks anyway folks...
