texte = I agree with Ken. The first post was straight forward enough to offer asolution. I agree with you Donovan on the "agree to disagree", but I havenoticed this forum turns hostile fairly quick. The gent that asked theoriginal question admitted from his first post that he was a newbie towebcat. Thus I can see him mixing his words a little bit. A field here and acontext there or a command somewhere along here.We all should be a little more receptive to people looking for help here.WebCat does not have alot of support forums, or books, or any other type ofhelp out there. We are the elite. The people that are converted andconvinced to use WebCat have to turn here. If we snub them or make it hardfor them to ask for help because they are afraid someone will bash them fornot knowing how to ask the question correctly, we are likely to lose the fewpeople we do get. I have been around long enough to see Ken complain aboutsome not using the verbage correctly too.So rather than blasting off emails half-cocked, especially since they losethe tone and come accross as very arrogant and condescending, lets slow downa bit and remember that this is a support forum.Sincerely,------------------------------------------------------------Ronald Kirkland - PresidentInkblot Media - Creative SolutionsPhone: 949.400.4456Visit: http://www.inkblotmedia.com------------------------------------------------------------ ps. is my sig too long?
