XML parse with online xml-file + ampersant problem

texte = Hi folks, I'm trying to parse an XML file from the Internet. But I'm having some problems. First I have an XML-file somewhere on the Internet, for example http://www.someserver.com/xmlfile.xml. How can I do that? I tried TCPconnect/TCPsend but on a Win2K pro with IIS and WebDNA 5.0 it doesn't work. Finally it will run on a Linux Slackware with WebDNA 5.1. Second there is a problem when reading an XML-file (local) with the ampersand (&) in a value. The XML-parser gives a fatal error: Unterminated entity reference Is there a solution for?
