texte = Yes I recently had a similar experience trying to find documentation on this method. I started programming with version 3 and it seems before that the normal programming method was to pass all the [search] parameters in a GET or POST and let the WebCatalog Engine process every page automatically. I find this to be very confusing, but only because I didn't learn it this way. However I have found this method to be useful in specific unique situations. I believe this context method is not widely used because of the security issues abound with passing queries in a GET or POST. I prefer to explicitly write out my [search] code and control exactly what it does. It's no wonder you are having trouble going from WebCat version 2 leaping into version 6. I think this question should be directed to Scott, he's the only one who would know.
