texte = well i guess i'm going to follow this thread myself -nobody else will,even sm.i called them. i wont mention names but their "tech support" is totallyunexciting.after a long explaining of what the issue is i was told to send an emailwith the same explanation which will be then passed on to somebody else.the only mail i got back for the last 26 - 28 hours was that my email wasforwarded to that somebody else. i called again and got a 3 - 4 minmessage that on thursdays (today) they work only until 3 pm?!?we've been using their software for 6 - 7 years now and that's the"support" we get as costumers?!?meanwhile i'm loosing a few very good clients because of that. i lost 2when their headers weren't working - and still aren't.
