The following is how he defines it: Online Expense Management Tool A tool that automates the creation of instructor expense reports, company invoices, and class confirmations. It should include: - predefined field choices with pull down menus, etc. to make it easier for instructors to complete the form - error checking for certain field limits, such as daily meal allowances based on a particular city - a printable format to allow instructors to print a hard copy to include with their receipts to send via postal mail - a way to track expenses by instructor to show averages, etc. This would be tried to an instructor and class database so traveling instructors who would log and do expenses tied to on-the-road classes they have completed. We were wondering if someone has already built something like this in Web DNA.
