Try this: append the data to a DB first just under the body of page2.tpl [hideif [test]=] [append db=a.db]test=[test][/append] [/hideif] Then under that pull back the data into page2.tpl via: [lookup db=a.db&lookInField=test&value=[test]&returnField=test] We used to pull this little trick on Web 4.5 to get around some of the problems when running surveys. Also allowed us to use a cart ID in case the client went backwards in the survey. I just tested this on the form you had and it worked in safari.
