texte = A colleague of mine uses Direcway here in central Iowa. He's a senior engineer with a very large software company. He has to use a VPN for his work and he's told me that after doing some tweaks with the VPN latency settings at the corporate office, all works well enough. Many clients in Iowa and central Illinois use fixed radio connections. One client in IL is getting 3mb down with his radio service. There has been a big move to place the radio equipment on grain co-op silos over the past 5 years in the midwest. I can't say what is happening in WI. Now, what will WiMax bring...? Christian F.
