Yes the code is commented in English, but my programer's English is not as good as mine because English is not their first language, so they will occasionally write descriptions that I have a hard time trying to understand myself. Fortunately they are not afraid to comment their code, but they won't get ridiculous about it unless you ask them to write prolific comments. If you have any trouble understanding their comments you can always ask me and I will explain them to you. Other than my programmer's comments, there are no language barriers to break through unless you have a problem with my English, because I'm the only one you should ever have to deal with over here. I do not let you or your clients talk directly to my programmers for the reasons I explained in my previous email. I don't even let my project manager talk to you or your clients unless I absolutely have to ... and that's not likely unless I'm in my death bed or already dead.
