texte = Good evening to you all! we must index a database using no less and no more than two letters/numbers. To do this, each letter/number must be in [a-z][A-Z][0-9] range. For instance, a record will be indexed 'c9' while another one will be 'Ht' or 'zs'. This gives 3844 possibilities (26+26+10)*(26+26+10) Does anyone has an idea to automatically create such an index? each time a record is added, a new unique two letters code index would be added. chris ------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
