In the example I gave, both the sending address and the TO address were both SM hosted email accounts. Yesterday I added my address as a BCC and I started receiving mail in my account. I know for a fact that my email address is currently on a different SM email server than the customer I'm trying to send to, so I really think it has something to do with their email servers. I have had these disappearing emails happen in the past with other people's servers, but we've never been able to figure out the exact problem. on 3/4/08 10:30 AM, Donovan Brooke at dbrooke@euca.us wrote: > Eddie, you said: > > "I host at Smith Micro and I usually send from my e-mail > address (hosted at SM) and, in this case also sends to a SM hosted e-mail > address" > > > but I'm not sure what you mean exactly here and the word > "usually" is no way to troubleshoot a problem. > > Your from email has to be a non-messed-with-email.. > (ie. no forwarding, redirects etc..)
