If memory serves me correct the install on 2003 failed initially and I unistalled it all. I redid the install following the IIS instructions and the "additional instructions after initial install" pertaining to IIS "exactly" as they were written and then all was OK. Can you do a total uninstall and slowly/carefully redo the install? You can email me direct as well if needed and we can try to troubleshoot some more even. BTW I can only get into my admin area via my main ip address on this server. Which seems a little weird, but that's the way it always was on the older version 4.5 as well. Does that seem normal???
