Chill. I still think you guys have the best package going! And, at a great price! I can say that well after a year of using your product. Do you remember that long weekend you worked with me (sending me WebCat v1.0bxxxx in Stuffit form by e-mail) to get my site up-n-running by Monday? Also, do you remember all those pre-release manuals you sent me (again on Saturday AND Sunday mornings)? I love you guys! (...uhmmm, I should be careful here. In a professional way, of course!)We all know you can't solve everyone's problems or their wishes. Remember when I bitched and moaned over the lacking e-mail handler in WebCat? You you great, and were quite clear on the product lines. No problem--I understood and found a workaround. I'm sure most of your customer take a similiar position when they can't get their way.Hang in there.
