If you are still going to be creating a user doc .pdf, perhaps keep it up to date online and send out an email blast to registered users either including the updated pdf which includes a revision date in it's title or a notice that a revised doc is now available for download with a link to download it. Also, it would be really nice if there was a glossary/cross reference for all tags and operators. The current documentation only lists main topics. I sometimes spend time looking for exact syntax for some things that I may not have used for a while. For instance I recently could not find where to find the correct syntax for "ALLREQD" within the online docs. I knew it was an abbreviation of ALLREQUIRED but wasn't sure. After looking in several main topics, beginning with the topic "searching", in the online docs, I gave up and opened a page where I've previously used this. Okay, I guess I can always httrack the docs so I can have my own local copy, but I won't think about doing this very often once I get my first copy ... so I'll end up being one of the people with outdated docs.

Along with this, a valuable service that emails subscribers (or people on this list) to tell them that a new version of the docs has been created.
