got me to download and give WebDNA a try a few years back.

I frequently review and edit db's in a text editor. Some db's have
over 1/4 million records. Never had a single corruption issue.

If it wasn't for my reviewing and editing db's in a text editor,
I would never have found and reported to Chris last year,
that [append] writes
immediatelyto disc. (version 6.2)

IMO there is nothing to be afraid of.
