The page took a really long time to load. But I wasn't able to view what you entered because the top link in seeSurveyResponses.dna is yesterday's date, not today's. So if I took a stab at how to alter your code below to have today's date appear on the link list, I would change the following:
GOVINDA'S CODE
<body>
[if ("[URL][showResponsesOnThisDate][/URL]"="[URL][raw][showResponsesOnThisDate][/raw][/URL]")]
[then]
<h2>Links to see responses from any of the last 10 days:</h2>
<ul>
[loop start=1&end=10&advance=1]
<li>
<a href="[thisurl]?showResponsesOnThisDate=[Math date]{[date]}-{00/[index]/0000}[/Math]">[Math date]{[date]}-{00/[index]/0000}[/Math]</a>
</li>
[/loop]
</ul>
[/then]
[else]
[Search db=visitorSurvey.db&eqtheDatedatarq=[showResponsesOnThisDate]&astheDatesort=1&theDatetype=date&astheTimesort=2&theTimetype=time]
<h2>[numfound] Responses on [showResponsesOnThisDate]:</h2>
<table border="1">
<tr>
<td style="color:blue;font-weight:bold;">index #</td>
[ListFields db=visitorSurvey.db]
<td style="color:blue;font-weight:bold;">
[FieldName]
</td>
[/ListFields]
</tr>
[founditems]
<tr style="">
<td style="">[index]</td>
[ListFields db=visitorSurvey.db]
<td>

[/ListFields]
</tr>
[/founditems]
</table>
[/search]
[/else]
[/if]
</body>

OK, I submitted the above form with the example input data that I meant to show you (which demonstrates how people can inject malicious code into form submissions that you do not want to display on any webpage). In this case I submitted something harmless.. so go ahead and (safely) view my (today's) submission through your new ('seeSurveyResponses.dna') webpage that shows peoples' submissions..
What happens, or what do you see when you view this?
