It let the owner create skins for the forum, but in hind site, it's very confusing/contrived and is not responsive (for mobile and tablet user agents) at all. I completely got rid of *all* formatting within the forum, and am going with a responsive design framework. Clean code! I'm currently looking at: http://foundation.zurb.com/ which looks like a lightweight / simple framework.
