Sounds like = an upgrade issue (I always disable auto upgrades on servers). Did the = executable  setting for the scripts dir get changed? I would go = step by step again through the install instructions and make sure all = the settings are correct.

I have always = run windoze servers and the only time I ever get that message is when I = purposely stop the webcat service.

 

Have a look = at why the service isn't running

 

Maybe the = path to the .dll has been changed ??
