=Had someone shadow my re-installation and configuration settings, like =you suggested =E2=80=A6..taking it step by step. No luck =sir.

=Checked executables settings and that too is fine but no =luck.

=Just for info, my 2 other Win2003 servers do not have automatic update =enabled. The servers will inform me of updates but will ask if I want to =run it. =That is why I believe it is an update issue. Oh well, keep suggestions =coming in folks =E2=80=A6..need to get back my Dev =servers.

=Many thanks Donovan =E2=80=A6..going to get some sleep now and try again =later when I am fresh.

Hi =Terry,
Sounds like =an upgrade issue (I always disable auto upgrades on servers). Did the =executable setting for the scripts dir get changed? I would go =step by step again through the install instructions and make sure all =the settings are correct.

I have always =run windoze servers and the only time I ever get that message is when I =purposely stop the webcat service.
Have a look =at why the service isn't running
Maybe the =path to the .dll has been changed ??
