File is named invoice.php File has=A0 at top Preferences are set to:=A0Only the following file extensions may be displayed:=A0.php .tmpl .tpl .tp2 .dna .html .htm System is:=A0unix-Macintosh OS X Apache Module version 6.2 Am I missing something?
