How do I get the HTML parts of the code = to function, instead of being interpreted as text?

= I am using [url]...[/url] in the [append] tag.
I am using [convert= chars]...[/convertchars] in the template page

I've been playing with the [convertwords db=3Dglossary.db] examp= les shown in the docs,=C2=A0 but I can't even get that to work.
Any insight into how this might be done would be appreciated.

Thanks for all the help.

New Q: The docs say that I can build my own specified .d= b for convertchars.=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0

Hi All,
=
I could use a little help.

I'm trying to insert= multiple hyperlinks into a paragraph of text that is read from a database.=

The text is entered by the user into the database from a HTML= form like this:
blah blah blah=C2=A0 <a href=3D"http://www.domain1.com">= www.domain1.com&l= t;/a> blah blah blah blah=C2=A0 <a href=3D"http://www.domain2.com">www.domain2.com</a&g= t; blah=C2=A0 blah blah=C2=A0 <a href=3D"http://www.domain3.com">www.domain3.com</a> bl= ah blah blah.

The text is provided to the public in a template page= that should look like this:
blah blah blah=C2=A0 www.domain1.com blah blah blah b= lah=C2=A0 www.doma= in2.com blah=C2=A0 blah blah=C2=A0 www.domain3.com blah blah blah.
=

But, No. =C2=A0 I get the text exactly as entered:
blah blah bl= ah=C2=A0 <a=20 href=3D"http://w= ww.domain1.com">www.domain1.com</a> blah blah=20 blah blah=C2=A0 <a=20 href=3D"http://w= ww.domain2.com">www.domain2.com</a> blah=C2=A0 blah=20 blah=C2=A0 <a href=3D"http://www.domain3.com">www.domain3.com</a>=20 blah blah blah.

Thank you,
