--I don't think it was running after the first reboot.=C2=A0 In fact this=
is the first thing that occurred to me that might have caused
WebDNA (the WebCatalog executable) to not be running after the
first reboot.
But after the second reboot it was definitely running.
So maybe something caused WebDNAMonitor to fail to start again
after the first reboot.=C2=A0 But what?
If WebDNAMonitor's PID file were still there after the first
reboot, would its existence prevent WebDNAMonitor from starting?
PID files are supposed to be deleted when the corresponding
application quits, correct?

Hi Chris,
I'm running WebDNA 8.x and Apache 2.4 on Ubuntu 14.04.
Normally I do not get the "Sorry WebDNA server not running" error=
but I just got it 1/2 hour ago after sending the "reboot" command=
to the remote server.=C2=A0 So I rebooted again via the same command
and this time WebDNA began running normally after the reboot.
Why would I get this error after one reboot but not another?
Is there something that may not be cleaned up properly when
rebooting, and perhaps this is preventing WebDNA from starting and
running normally?
Is there any way to insure that WebDNA starts and runs normally
after a reboot?=C2=A0 The reason I ask is because I have a script that
reboots the server nightly, and I do not want the site to be
offline from then until I notice the problem the next morning.
