When I add something to a =shopping cart I get a pop-up "To view this page, you must log in.=E2=80=9D=

It appears whenever =I am doing add line item, or show cart command.
If I remove &command=3Dshowcart the page will load =fine, but with no item in the cart.
I seem =to remember having this happen a long time ago, but can=E2=80=99t =remember why.
Any suggestions?
8.1 still has cart commands right?
