I'm guessing = user "www-data" is not a member of group "www-data" on your machine. I = don't think this is necessarily a problem, it's just not how our test = machine is setup. It works great on a test machine which is running = Ubuntu 12.04.Please remove = the % sign from in front of the line, so that it looks like = this:
www-data ALL=3DNOPASSWD: = /etc/init.d/WebCatalogCtl- chris
