You could do this in a number of ways.

1) ha=ve the skipper enter licence on an earlier page so that the search happens =in WebDNA and then return the page with all the fields completed.

2) Use an AJAX script to send the number back to the server= with the results filling the empty input fields - research =E2=80=98autoco=mplete=E2=80=99 in jQuery=C2=A0https://jqueryui.com/autocomplete/=C2=A0Autoc=omplete can be triggered when you complete the X number of characters, this= will speed things up.

3) Terry did an AJAX module= some time ago that will get you started.

When I put the =licence number in to the first field it fill up all the form
